Our Standards
Every print is produced with the same care and attention to detail, regardless of size or subject. Honoring the tactile authenticity of 35mm analog film photography, each work is carefully crafted as a premium gallery reproduction.
The Photographic Print & Media
All works are produced utilizing state-of-the-art Dry Lab Photo technology for unsurpassed quality in tonal range and color saturation. Every image is color-calibrated by hand before printing to ensure the final piece matches the tones, natural grain, and nostalgic mood of the original 35mm capture. Slight variations between digital screens and the physical photographic medium are normal, highlighting the organic nature of analog film.
Paper & Surface Finish
- Kodak Professional Lustre: A true photographic resin-coated base with a bright white point, engineered for exacting details and high-end fine art reproductions.
- The Finish: A sophisticated lustre surface offering a professional, non-glare sheen that is highly resistant to fingerprints and handling marks.
Sizing & The Framing Border
Our collection is offered in four curated sizes: 8x12" (20x30 cm), 12x18" (30x45 cm), 16x24" (40x60 cm), and 24x36" (60x90 cm). Every print includes a classic 1/4-inch (0.6 cm) white border around the image to protect the artwork and facilitate clean, elegant framing (Note: this border adds exactly 1/2-inch (1.3 cm) to the overall physical paper dimensions).
Boutique Fulfillment & Packaging
To maintain the highest standards of quality, every print is custom-made to order under our studio's strict supervision.
- Production Time: Standard production is exceptionally fast, typically shipping within 1-3 business days.
- Protective Packaging: To guarantee pristine arrival, smaller prints are shipped flat in reinforced, heavy-duty mailers. Larger formats are carefully hand-rolled with protective tissue in impact-resistant architectural tubes.
- Global Shipping: Fully tracked, worldwide shipping is available with expedited options at checkout.
Preservation & Care
To ensure the lifelong preservation of your fine art print:
- Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid highly humid environments.
- Handle the physical print with clean, dry hands or cotton gloves when unframed.
- We highly recommend framing behind UV-protective glass or acrylic for archival-grade display.
Damages, Replacements & Lost Orders
We take great care in packaging our prints to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your artwork arrives damaged due to transit, or if the package is lost and fails to deliver, we will gladly issue a complimentary replacement at no additional cost.
Please contact us at jeffreyn80@gmail.com within 30 days of your order date. To expedite the replacement process for damaged items, you must include your order number along with clear photographs of both the damaged print and the outer packaging.
(Note: As all of our fine art prints are custom-made and dropshipped directly from our fulfillment studio, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect size choices, or external lighting discrepancies).
Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may apply upon arrival in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
